e-Government Authority assesses the level of security and recommending areas of improvement or security measures to be taken to safeguard against internal and external threats on information systems.

Security Assessment is done according to “Standards for Information Systems Audit and Assurance” from ISACA as well as “Guidelines for enhancing Internal Control Frameworks in the Public sector” and “e-Government Standards and Guidelines”.
